Shortcut Bar

Hi,

My favoritest utility is the MS Office Shortcut Bar. My
question is: How can I add a shortcut to my ISP? I've tried
dragging and dropping, add file, add folder, everything I
could think of, but it doesn't act like the rest of the
shortcuts; it just sits there and does nothing.

Any ideas?
