Is there a shortcut key for Full screen and what is it?
There isn't one by default, but you can assign one.
Open Tools > Customize > Keyboard. Select View on the left and
ToggleFull on the right. Click in the "Press new shortcut key" box,
type the key combination you want, and click the Assign button.
