Shortcut key questions for Excel 2007

Hi

1. Is there a shortcut key, similar to control shift 4, but with no
decimals...i.e. number or currency with zero decimals.

I have not found it...and if there's not, do you suggest a recorded macro or
style to create a shortcut key for it.

2. The shortcut key that you see when you point to the Increase Indent icon
(Control Shift Tab) does not work for me...do you know why?

3. The shortcut key Control F2 for Print Preview...does not always seem to
work...do you know why?
