Shortcut keys do not work in word 2002

Does anyone knows why the shortcut keys do not work when
one of the following is part of the selection:
-a field
-an image
-hyperlink
The problems occurs in word 2002 SP3 probably in relation
of the installation of Acrobat 6.01 Update.

While this may have helped you, deletion of the normal.dot file is not
generally recommended as it may contain many valuable customizations. You
can accomplish the same thing by renaming it (with Word closed).
