I use an Excel spreadsheet as a “Switchboard†for my department. This allows
me to add descriptive hyperlinks to files such as spreadsheet, word
documents, Access databases, etc. and it works really well for us. I am able
to organize the hyperlinks in a very meaningful manner while making it user
friendly.
Over the years I have developed a multitude of databases and lately I have a
need to hyperlink specific MS Access reports to make it easier find and print
these reports. Unfortunately, while I can create a report shortcut to the
Desktop, I can’t do the shortcut directly to the “Switchboardâ€.
Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?
