Shortcut to Desktop

I used one of the packing slip templates and revised it to meet my needs.
How do I or can I make a shortcut to place on my desktop? I thought by right
clicking the mouse it would allow me to do that..but didn't. Thanks.

If you r-click on the template in Windows Explorer you get that option.

After right-clicking did you use Send To/Desktop as Shortcut in the
menu?

That was not an option in the menu after right-clicking......

There was no option when I right clicked on the template...that's why I
posted the problem.

Right click on your desktop, New - Shortcut - browse to the file
