Shortcut to Group Schedule(s)?

G

George Neill

Is it possible to create an Outlook Bar Shortcut to a Group Schedule or force
the Schedules toolbar button to be visible when not viewing your calendar?

I know it's only one extra click, but I like to have those things I use
regularly to always be available without having to navigate to a particular
perspective (calendar) first.

Thanks,
George

No, and no. Since group schedules are actually stored in the folder, Outlook would need to know which calendar folder's schedules you want to work with. So, you must go to the folder first.

Ok, how about if I were to create a custom button(s) with the Folder/Group
information?

If VBA code is OK with you, see Brian Mulder's sample among the comments at http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=1154. He doesn't quite have it working yet, but is on the right track.

Sue,
Do you know if Brian Mulder ever managed to make a shortcut to open Group
Schedules?
I don't know how to contact him.

Best regards,
Johan Eriksson
