Shortcuts to file system on task bar

In my previous version of Outlook I could create an outlook bar group
shortcut that pointed to a network file location. The 2007 version only lets
me choose from one of the outlook folders. MS Office 2007 help is no help -
anyone know what I need to do?

I believe that functionality went away with OL 2003 and 2007.
