Outlook 2003 - every time I open Outlook my customaized list of folders in
Shortcuts view disappears. Been using this version for 6 months and only
started having the problem recently. The folders still show up in my Folders
List, but I shouldn't have to keep recreating my Shortcuts every time I close
and open the program. What's up with that?
