Shortened or Lenghtened audio with a photo slide in Photo Album

I am using PowerPoint 2003 - trying to make a photo album with audio & movie.
How can I adjust the playing time for the sound and the movie clips? I
only want the photos to be on the presentation for about 6 seconds. The movie
about 20 - 30 seconds. Thanks for any suggestions.

Although you can do this with PowerPoint, your needs seem to be a perfect match
with Movie Maker 2. Movie Maker is a free download from Microsoft - -
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/default.mspx. Movie Maker
gives you a time line for synchronizing audio and video with photos.
