I have my name, address, etc in my default email message form, but I have no
idea how to edit and save the changes. When go to Tools - Design a Form -
Message, Open - Edit Compose Page, that section is like a picture and does
not allow me to make any changes in the text.
There has to be an easy way, but I cannot find anything in the help files.
Is there a file I don't know about which contains this info that I can edit?

Why wouldn't you simply use a signature?

They don't allow you to edit the first page of the email form. To do that,
you must save it as something else, then publish to your email folder (but
not as the default). Then you can edit the first page and use it for your
email.
