Should I add a new column headers: One of my friend incoming contact from
website to my contacts

One of my friend incoming contact from website, so I can contact him in that
website (although I have his email address)

For example
He contact from website.com

Should I add a new column headers: Incoming Contact From Website?

This will help me to contact him by that website if he lost the email address?

I can open Outlook Contact to add this contact.
But I don't know how to add a new textbox "Incoming Contact From Website".

Can I use other Office applications to better manage the information?

Company Name
First Name
Last Name
Country
State
Prefix (Male, Female, Mr. Mrs. Miss)
City
Address
Postcode
Phone 1
Phone 2
Phone ...
Fax 1
Fax 2
Fax ...
Web Site
Web Site 1
Web Site 2

I have many contacts in many email accounts, texts, etc.

There are many key words, my friends contacts in many email address, and
text, I need to send all these contacts in an email to one email address,
which keywords I should include in the email content or subject? So I can
search the Gmail Inbox.
I have a gmail account.

Can I use Office applications? Which application I can use?

Remember, in gmail address book:
Name
Main email address:
Description:
Picture:
Personal Information
Email:
Tel:
Address:

Work
Email:
Tel:
Address:

And I can add many information textbox.

I don't quite understand what you are getting at. There already IS a field
for website address in Outlook Contacts...
