Show a particular set of choices in a form when a certain selection is another part of the form

Hi, there.

I am trying to create a Resource Management Database. I want to see
how if a certain type of resource is chosen in the Resource Type
field, then a particular set of choices will show up in for example
the Resource Description field. In other words, the choices that are
shown will be determined by the choice made in an earlier field.

Please advise.
