Show ALL the headers in a mail message?

Outlook 2003:
How do I show ALL of the headers in a received email message?
Not just the common ones like To:, From: and Subject:,
but all of them like Received:, Envelope-To:, and all the ones
beginning with "X-" ?

Right-click the message in Inbox and choose Options. The headers will be
displayed in the dialogue box. You cannot have them display in the message
itself.
