Show Date AND Time of items in INBOX

Outlook 2003: The "Received" column in the Inbox shows ONLY the date the
item was received, not the time. If I move the item to any other folder, the
Time shows up in the Received column. Why? It is more important to me to
know what time a message arrived in my Inbox than in a folder that holds
older mails.

Any ideas how to add this functionality to the Inbox? I tried to create a
"custom" TIME field, but it returns "none".
