Show differences in memo field

Is there a way to extract only the changes from a memo field?

It is easy enough to figure out which records have changed, but I only want
to extract what changed. Alternatively, highlighting the portion that has
changed would work too.


Example of what I looking for:
Original text: Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their
country.
Changes: men to people

OR

Original text: Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their
country.
Current text: Now is the time for all good PEOPLE to come to the aid of
their country.

Not in a memo field. Microsoft Word has the ability to track changes, you
could create a link to a Word document and see the changes there.
