Show file name and path on a slide in Power Point 2003

Is there a way to add a field in the header or footer (or anywhere on a
slide) that shows the file name and path ? Something similar to MS Word that
can be updated automatically?

Shyams toolbox has the "insert" path name feature

I'm not sure if it will auto update though
