How can I query a fiscal year of October 1,2009 to September 30,2010 with
expression in a query?
Is it possible to do this without changing the to and from year each year?

Assuming that October 1, 2009 is the start of FY2010...
= DateSerial([Enter Fiscal Year:] - 1, 10, 1) AND < DateSerial([Enter Fiscal Year:], 10, 1)

If the given interval has to return 2010, try:


Year( DateAdd("m", 3, dateStamp))



as illustrated by:


? Year(DateAdd("m", 3, CDate("1 Oct 2009"))), Year(DateAdd("m", 3, CDate("30
Sept 2010")))

2010
2010


The magical constants 3 and "m" are because your fiscal year is delayed by 3
months with respect to the calendar year.
