Is there any way to turn off the "Show From" button in Outlook 2007? when you
click on New for a new email and then go to options there is a Show From
button. We do not want people to be able to use that. How Do I turn that off?

Why don't you want them to use that field? It has no effect on Outlook nor the message.

So are these users of Exchange as the mail server? You need to go into
the Mailbox Rights option in Exchange to alter permissions (User
Properties -> Exchange Advanced tab -> Mailbox rights). There are 2
settings: "send on behalf of" and "send as". "Send on behalf of" is a
right you can assign to individuals (User Properties -> Exchange General
tab -> Delivery Options) and makes it obvious to the recipient that the
e-mail did NOT originate from the usurped identity. For the user to
"send on behalf of" or "send as", they will need to be assigned as a
delegate of that other account.
