Show History button does not work.

When I open an account or a contact in BCM07, I can not view the History for
the account becasue the Show History button apparently does not work. I have
tried closing and opening Outlook and I put the Show button on the quick
access bar. This button also does nothing. The Show General and Show Details
button both work. Any help?
