Show horizontal grid lines only in xl2003..

Is there a way to display only the horizontal grid lines in XL2003? I
know i can change the color of the vertical lines to white, and they
will not show against the white cell background. This is fine, but
sometimes when I print, the vertical lines show up black, even though
i am not printing the grid. any ideas?

Thank you all so much,

Tonso

1. Don't print gridlines - in PageSetUp on the Sheet tab - uncheck "Gridlines"
2. Select your print area and format the "inside" horizontal borders to the smallest width (remove
the inside vertical border).
