Show ????? on sender's name after applying SP2

I applied SP2 yesterday and everything went OK. On receipt of Chinese
email, there were a number of question marks on sender's name. It was so
strange that subject could still be in Chinese. Before SP2, both sender's
name and subject could show Chinese. The .pst is in native format --
Unicode. Is there anything that I need to set?

I'm running OL2003 on WinXP Pro.
