show or hide icons

on the bottom of my screen are too many icons that I need to remove. How can
I remove them from the bottom task bar?

Not sure what this has to do with Outlook but let me ask... are you
referring to the system tray (where the clock shows) or Outlook's left side
pane? If Outlook, what version of Outlook are you using?
