Show this foler as an email address book OLK2003 dimmed

New installation of Outlook 2003.

All users no matter what there permissions are unable to check the above
mentioned box.

Can this be controlled by way of GP or is there a registry setting that may
have been locked down?

Did you add the Outlook Address Book Service to the profiles?
