We are required to send our managers a copy of our vacation or time off as a
meeting request in the cc field. The problem is when they accept it blocks
their time as busy. Is there a way to accept and have the show time as Free
in one click, or at least from the appointment? We have just migrated from
GroupWise and it had a Accept Free as an option. Does Outlook have a similar
functionality? We don't want to have our user community to have to go into
every meeting they are CC'd on and change the time. I hope their is an easy
solution for this, I've looked but have been unable to find one.
