Show Time Scale in Calendar

Hello. How do I get the time scale to show the incriments in the calendar
view? For example, I have it set on 15min scale but it only shows the hours.
We would like to show the 15 min incriments on the calendar.

You should have "tick marks" for the 1/4 hour increments.
