Showing "commute times" for appointments in Calendar?

Has anyone found a satisfactory way to show an appointment that starts at
3pm, for example, but you need to leave the office at 2pm in order to get
there on time? In this example, I would want to show that I am out of the
office starting at 2pm for a Budget Meeting, but I want to still be able to
see that the meeting itself starts at 3pm. I don't really want to have to
enter 2 different appointments every time I have to be out of my office, but
in my town, I have to plan in time for commuting!

If you use the live map addin you can set up travel time - it makes a
separate appt though. I put the meeting time in the body (even if I don't
have to travel) and sometimes in the subject. My appointment with travel
time included would look like this:
Subject Meeting @ 3PM
start time 2 pm
end time 4 pm
Notes: Meeting with Joe starts at 3 pm... meeting should last an hour, will
get back about 4.

The advantage of using separate travel time appointments is if you need to
schedule a second appointment in the same area as the first, the travel time
appointment is more noticeable and easily adjusted: if you have 1 hr travel
time appointment before and after and someone 1/2 hr away needs to meet with
you, you (or those looking at the schedule) can easily adjust the travel
time appt and set up the next one.
