Showing Date Ranges For Each Day In Outlook 2003

Lance Hebert

I would like to set up shared calendar that will display on any given day
what the due date would be for two projects.

For Example:
On any given day (3/23/2009), I would like to have two dates show on thid
date. One with the date of 32 days prior to this date and one with the date
of 28 days prior to this date. So 3/23 would show 2/23 and 2/19 on it.
Therefore, 3/24 would show 2/24 and 2/20 and so on for every day.

Can this be done automatically and just added as a note? Or is this
something that would need to be done in Word on a blank calendar?

Thanks for the help.

you'd need to do it in word on a blank calendar or add notes to the
appointment (or add it in the subject)
