Showing orrect FY-QTR for FED GOV calendar

[Alias in pivot table]

Is it possible to have Excel show the quarters based on the US GOV Fiscal
Year ?
Dates such 9/12/2005 in Pivot Table Report show as QTR 3 and should show QTr
4 for US GOV FY.

Any help appreciated.
