Showing PP presentations on a PC that doesn't have PP installed?

How can I show a PowerPoint presentation on a machine that doesn't
have PP installed?

Can I do something via Internet Explorer?

Could I run it full screen, i.e. IE toolbars off?

Would I have to get a Plug In or similar to enable this?

Any suggestions?

PC doesn't have web access so any mods that might be required would
have to be done via floppies or memory stick.
