Well,I need to extract the data from Project and show it as a graph which compares the actual work and the Baselined work for a time duration.

Click View - Toolbars - Analysis. Click the Analyze Timescaled Data in
Excel button on the Analysis toolbar, then export your data to Excel and
graph it the way you desire. Hope this helps.

Thanks, It did help, I have 2 more queries:
1.Is there any way I can include the milestone information in the graph, and
2.Does MPP provide any report or graph where in I can see the actual % complete against the scheduled baselined % complete

1. Milestones carry no actual work, so I don't see how you could include
milestone information in your graph. Instead, why don't you apply the Gantt
Chart view and apply the Milestones filter?

2. Apply the Gantt Chart view and click Tools - Tracking - Progress Lines.

Hope this helps.
