Showing Projects to External Users

Hopefully this is a simple question for somebody:

I have Project 2002 (Pro & Server) running on my Win2003 system. And I
successfully set up an external URL (http://www.abc.com/projectserver) in
order to access my project data from the outside. Now I have more than one
project. But for project "A", I only want a certain user account to be able
to view it externally, and project "B", I want a different user account to
be able to view it externally. Niether project will be assigning tasks to
these external users (they just need to see the status of the entire project
at any time). My problem is that when I log on using the account for one of
these accounts, they cannot see their respective project at all. Only I
(the project creator) can see the projects. I'm guessing I have a
permissions issue?

Suggestions?
