Showing Sum of Salary at the end of each page

Hi,

Creating a report of employee salary, its consists of 6 pages. I can easily
picked the SUM of all emp's salary. But, now i have to change it a little
bit. At the end of page, Just like to print sum of salary of Emp listed at
each page.

I tried, but unsuccessfull.. plesae help me to accomplish the job.

Regrettably Access does not offer this feature built-in, you will have
to resort to VBA code in the report to do it. Have a look at this in
Microsoft's knowledge base:

Alam,

Under Page footer in reports you can add a text field as follows:

Total Salary= sum(Salary field)

This will give you sum of salary for each page. And if you want sum of
salary to appear at the end of the report then do the same thing under Report
footer section.
