Showing two sets of folders and not showing tasks

S

Sam Coburn

I have two problems.

First Outlook is showing two sets personal folders. I had to reinstall it
and I had a pst file located in the My Documents folder. I only have one
pst file on my hard drive.

Secondly under View, the Taskpad view is greyed out so I can't access it.

I would like to see it under the calendar on the right side of the screen.

Also my appointments on the old calender are not showing.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

While this mentions ol2003, it applies to all versions

Which set of personal folders are you trying to show the taskpad for? Use
the one with the little house icon at the top.
