shrink page possible?

I have dozens of documents prepared, each of which is a one or two pag
form which is tediously made up of various text boxes containin
tables. Now my client wants a wider margin on the left side so whe
they are printed they can be hole punched and a wider margin on top s
they can be put on a clipboard. Are there any page resizing options s
that I don't have to change all of my layout? Any other ideas?

Output to PDF then use the page scaling option.

Some printers also have a scaling option ... explore the nether regions of
the printer settings dialogs.
