im trying to put the pictures on my phone as wallpapers , im using microsoft
office picture manager. when i resize the pic so that it fits correctly and
put it on my phone the pixels are not in full there is black dots in between
i would like to figure this out so if any ine knows or has info or different
program ideas it would help a great deal
