Picture Manager: Setting a custom picture width

In Resize in the MO Picture Manager, trying to set a custom width X height,
the program doesn't distinguish between width and height.

I have an original that is 2048 x 1536 pixels and I want the adjusted width
to be 179 pixels. However, no matter which box I type the 179 into, it makes
the 179 the height.

This has been an ongoing problem. Sometimes I can get it to correctly size
the picture and other times I can't.

Any assistance (or even explanation) would be welcome. Thanks.

It is maintain the aspect ratio of the picture. Use an Image editor
software if you want to edit pictures without constraints. Irfanview is
one and it is available free at the authors web site.
