Shrinking page with multiple graphics Publisher v2002

When I shrink the page w/toggles, part of my table gets lost from view. Is
there a way to 'lock' everything on the page to shrink evenly as if it was a
JPG or TIFF?

I cannot believe there are that many people who cannot read a help file. It
tells you very precisely and with great clarity how to group objects.

Ah yes, but that will not resize the text within a text box or table, hence
the problem.

Choose file-select all, then go to the bottom of the page and click the box
with the two brackets. You can resize hoe you like.
