"Shut down" doesn't work.

Hello,

This is probably not the right place for asking but I don't know an other way.

At my work we have several PC's. One of them does not shut down on the
normal way.

If I choose "Shut Down" with the start button or if I push the physical
button on the PC the computer shuts down but restarts again, although that
button is set as shut down.

Who can help me.

It's not the right newsgroup but I'm going to guess it's a Windows 98
system. That was a known glitch. *IF* it's a Gateway, there used to be a
download available on their Tech Support site. I can't speak for other
brands.
