Shut off line draw

I am setting up a new org chart and used the line draw option in tools. It's
"on" but I can't shut it off. In the previous version of Visio, you clicked
on line draw to use, then clicked on it again to shut it off. This doesn't
seem to work with this newer version. Help!

Hi Sheilab,

Click the arrow tool to get the normal mouse-pointer back again.

A quick way to do this is to type Ctrl + 1.

When I open the View dropdown menu the Toolbars button does not light up and
cannot be clicked on.

Oh, how about from the menu Tools -> Customize -> Toolbars.
