shutting down outlook 2002

When shutting down outlook I get a message that
says "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and
also has a check box to restart outlook Its a send error
report error message. Dont know what to do about it or
how to correct it if any one knows please send me an
email.
