Apparently we're not going to get any sort of solution. Have you figured it

No..Its driving me crazy bacause I really like the side note feature. I
googled it and found some /ForceRepair options but these did not work either

I'm sorry, AMC, I do not really know ON 2003. Made the move to 2007
after a week or so after byuing ON 2003.
Hoefully someone else will jump in.
