sidenote always full screen

Sidenotes suddenly always full screen. Text box is small, but not screen.
Can't seem to grab and drag it in. Anyone help?

What version of Outlook are you using?

If you right-click the OneNote icon on the system tray and choose Options |
OneNote Icon Defaults is Open OneNote or Open New Side Note checked?
