Sign an Existing macro already installed

We know how to create a self sign certificate & we know how to import it into
various stores. How do you actually sign an existing macro..for example: ones
that comes with some Bible software so you can search references ,copy, paste
and more in Word.
The Signing Tutorial did not help and other "sites" I got that...
The macros are already installed. I just want to sign them to set me Macro
security setting at recommended level.
I don't use forums of help places much. I usually have bad experiences
trying to come back to find answers...Like where is it? without going through
the perverbial search loop. A direct email answer (along with one posted here
to help other individuals with same problem) would be very much appreciated.

Where is the add-in for the Bible software located? Under
Tools/Options/Macros/Security, on the Trusted Publishers tab, do you
have "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" enabled?

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.

eSword sticks theirs in the startup folder. I have no idea where Biblesoft
sticks theirs. I did have trust them all. But obviously I did not want that
setting. Thats why I chose to sign the macros. So I CAN set the macro
security setting Higher. I did manage to accomplish what I wanted to do. I
suspect that a certain other piece of so called "security software" was
getting in the way.
