Sign on Screen - driving me mad!

Anyone know how you stop the sign on screen popping up in
Outlook?

When I open Outlook it asks me to sign on with my password
which I do (remember password is ticked) and press OK.
But it keeps popping up again and again and again after
send/recieved is pressed

I tried re-setting the email accounts but it still happens.

Any idea's? It's driving me MAAaaaaaaaaaD!
