DOes this happen only in Outlook or does it happen elsewhere also? What
version of Outlook? What version of Windows?

I've the same problem. Both ways to get the @ sign (ALT GR + @ or ALT + 6 +
4) doesn't work.

I've Office 2007 SP1 installed with the actual hot fixes. I've tried to type
the @ in Notepad - nothing happens.
