Signature appears yellow?

Hello,

One of the users at my company created a signature in outlook. When she
creates a new email the signature appears, but the text is yellow. She
created with black font. Does anyone know what might cause this? She is
using Office XP and Windows XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I have the same problem, with my signature being displayed in yellow, and
double spacing inserted. I have checked the stored signatures as suggested,
and these display fine. It's just when I try to compose a new message from
Outlook 2003 (running on Windows XP) that the signature "plays up"..... any
clues?

I have performed further investigation, and I appear to have solved the
problem by changing my font options back to "Automatic" within the "Options"
button on the Toolbar within an Untitled Message (i.e. select "New Message",
and then edit the font settings from within the Untitled Message). I have
found that subsequent new messages have the correct settings for the
signature..... I'm glad that I have solved the problem, but concerned that I
still don't know why it happened in the first place.....

Regards, Rob

Unfortunately, this problem has reared its head again.... more information:
- when I attempt to prepare a new message, the HTML signature is inserted
both double-spaced, and converted to yellow colour, which is almost invisible
(note that Mailto: address and website address which are included in my
signature are both in their intended blue colour, and underlined). The only
way I can view the signature "normally" is by coverting back to Plain Text
format, instead of HTML.

The odd thing is that when I either Reply to or Forward a message, the
signature is inserted correctly.....

If anyone has any clues, I will be most appreciative, as this is very
frustrating.
