Signature Block in Outlook 2003 goes way right

I have a user that when she replies to an email, her signature block goes way
over to the right. I have changed the signature block to something else,
copied new signature blocks over, deleted outcmd.dat and extend.dat, but
still does it. Any other suggestions would be great!
