Signature changes formatting when entered...

Bill Seattle

I have various signatures formatted using Word.

When inserted (either automatically or manually), the signature 1/is
inserted using double spaced lines instead as formatted, and, sometimes loses
formatting (font, font size). Set up as using HTML.

(Outlook 2003 with Windows 2000 - was on XP but had to swap computers for a
while. With Outlook 2003 & XP didn't seem to have this problem.)

Any help, ideas, appreciated.

Thanks,

I am having the exact same problem, but I am using Office 2003 with XP Pro.
No matter if I create my signature in Dreamweaver or in Word 2003, the
signature always changes the link characteristics (always defaulting to
underlined blue times roman). The odd thing is that it previews fine in the
signature edit feature of Outlook 2003. I even tried using CSS to work around
this and it just makes it worse.

Let me know if you have any luck on fixing this.

Did you have any luck? We are having trouble with one of our computers at
work where sometimes the reply comes out with the proper signature and
sometimes it has spaces and sometimes it has a completely different format!!
