signature disapeared from sent items

I have a customer that has replaced his PC and the outlook 2003 is striping
the signature from emails in the sent items. This means that it is a pain to
resend an email.
His old PC still stores the email signature in the sent emails.
The new computer had been used before and was already configured for the SBS
2003 domain so the user just changed the login details and Outlook picked up
the Exchange account.
Every thing else seems to work ok.
Any ideas??
